Participants will learn the health benefits of sourdough bread. Everyone in attendance will take home a loaf of bread to bake and a sourdough start. Participants will need to bring a large bowl, a wooden spoon and 4 cups of flour. Seating is limited and registration is required! For more information please call the library at 573-431-4842.
