Park Hills Public Library

Director's Message

We are so happy and excited to be able to provide this website for our community!

The Park Hills Public Library has always strived to be a place  where everyone who walks through our doors feels welcome and finds materials to challenge, entertain, and educate themselves. Our friendly staff are always here to help you and we go the extra mile for our patrons.

Internet computers, wi-fi, and wireless printing are available to  card holders and visitors. We also have a collection of over 28,500 books, as well as audio books and DVD's. If eBooks are what you prefer, our MoLib2Go consortium holds over 64,000 additional eBooks, magazines, and audio books for your enjoyment! Our Genealogy Room houses a wealth of local history, as well as, family history.  Join us monthly for  Genealogy night and take advantage or our Ancestry subscription and free printing!

We are committed to meeting the changing needs of  our community. The many examples of this are our monthly programming for all ages . Summer reading programs, toddler time, early literacy activities and crafts, story walks,  Lego club,  our monthly kids cooking club, and fun and educational presenters and programs are just a few of the activities we hold monthly for the children. Adults and Teens can look forward to book clubs, DIY Create and Take Nights, yoga, painting nights, educational presenters and programming ,and much more! The great thing is, most of these activities are free and  you never need a library card with us to participate in our activities but we bet you will get one after you visit us!

We love to be out in the community and participate in City sponsored activities whenever possible. Our community outreach also  helps to fill the needs our community with 3 city wide Little Free Libraries and a Kindness Kupboard( Free Pantry) in Columbia Park.

We are a library for our community.  I would like to welcome you to your library. We are so happy you are here and we hope to see you soon!

With Appreciation,

Lisa Sisk
